I have been changing my way of eating. I eatly alot of vegatables, fruit, and low calorie foods. I even know people who are cutting out sugar and certain things out of their diets. They are still loosing weight, but is this healthy?

There are no indications of suicide or cidal attempts, or expression of suicidal or cidal thoughts. There is no record of the student becoming violent, and no record of any psychological condition other than mild-moderate depression. The stundent lives in Georgia if the law (if even in existence) varies with the state. 6 month & teething......?

My son just cut his 2 bottom teeth...both are all the way broke through the skin, can he still fuss from this? He seems to fuss a lot. Terrible abdominal pain?

When I was pregnant with my first son in 09 I started getting this terrible pain in my abdomen. It usually lasts about 20-30 minutes straight and on a scale from 1-10 its a 12. I've had 2 kids and this pain feels worse than giving birth, in fact, it feels like something in my stomach is squeezing so hard its about to burst. The pain is mostly right under my ribcage where they separate and it spreads to my back. I've been to the ER for this matter about 3 times and never got treated or diagnosed with anything. In fact,they kept asking me if I was taking illegal drugs and I got very offended cuz I've went there 3 times for the same problem and they wouldn't even take me serious. Anybody know what this could possibly be? A friend said it could be ulcers,I'm just asking on here cuz my insurance was temporarily cut off and I had another episode today but I don't wanna go back to the hospital and have to pay another bill for nothing.

I still remember how it felt, the glory that would soon have arrived if not for the incident. I started looking at myself a lot more and therefore, started to think that I was not so invinsible anymore. As time ped, I talked less and less to people, growing increasingly fat, I started to get dumb. As painfully it is for me to write this, it was the truth. Few friends, an addiction to chess; I was depressed. While I was in college I finally told about my love, I was replied with a no. This furthered my depression, plunging me into darkness even further. It was easy, to just let go of my emotions; it was tough maintaining them. I grew careless of others, living in my room, my world. Chess being only my true friend, I was happy in my own way. I joined the military, surprisingly they took me really fast. How could this be? Apparently on black and white, I was on top of line compared to others. Healthy, did not smoke, did not drink, did not do drugs. I got kicked from the military. I guess my careless of emotions got the best of me, which is what running is all about, the mental toughness. Now home, I am back to my old ways, getting fat and playing video games. Not much of a friend network, I hardly talk to anybody aside from my mother and clan mates. Always quiet, as if the world is going to give me what I want. Darkness, once again falling hard into darkness. What is the answer to my question in life? Will I have the will to make the life I want? My mind says yes, theoretically speaking it is very possible. So why can't I make my energy-less body move according to what my mind wants? It is annoying. I have a vision of what I want in my future, yet I grow lazy when I focus on the now.

Help with my self-harm issue?

I used to self-harm, but it was just with my finger nails and I would dig them in really deep and scratch my skin. My mom eventually took me to the doctor & he knows about it. But the other day i used a pair of scissors instead of my nails. i know i shouldnt have done it, and i'm not proud of my self harming. my mum is really angry at me now and its making me more upset. she threatened to take me to a psychiatric hospital but i dont want to go. she booked an appointment for me to see my doctor again and i dont mind talking to him about it. i'm worried that when i go there my cut will have healed a lot and he might think my mum's making a fuss about nothing because when i hurt myself i didnt even do it very deep.. what do i do? i saw him a few days ago before all this, and now he's going to think i'm weird. he's already suggested that i see a counsellor but i can't until the week after next week.

Dry, crunchy hair :(?

I recently got my hair cut from 3 inches past my shoulders to about shoulder length to try and get my split ends off but my hair is really dry and crunchy at the ends. I got it cut around 2 months ago and I have only used my flat iron twice on the bottom part of my hair and when I put it up in a ponytail it looks really choppy and uneven with chunky sections sticking out near the bottom even though I got it cut one length and I grew out all my layers. Also near the front of my head on my bangs there is some newer hair (around 3 months old) that is bent in a lot of different directions and it's thicker then some of the other strands around it. It just seemed so damaged I cut it off ): what could have caused that? I use Wen every day in the shower and leave it on for a long time but my hair doesn't seem to be getting better :( what should I do? Should I cut more off?

My son is concerning me?

Lately I've been getting really stressed and some bad times have caught up with me, I've recently been caught up with police (no crime, I'm not like that) and they've just crowded me with psychologists and nurses and helping hands. My husband has felt a call to preach for several years now. Through a process of these years we have had many interesting things to happen to us, that we believe is confirming the calling. Such as he has had multiple dreams about it. One night in particular we both shared a dream, I dreamed half and he the other half, my dream was about my part in the body of christ and when my dream ended he walked out a door to go preach and that's where his dream started.. walking through that same door to go on the platform to preach. that was really an eye opener. We visit churches a lot all over. It's like a past time for us! We love church, and we have been to 3 different churches in 3 different states where my husband was prophesied over that he was called to preach, with us saying nothing to no one ahead of time of feeling a calling to preach, also God has within the past 2 years opened a door for me to play and sing and I have never been able to play a piano before! Everyone marvels at how well I can do, and i give God all the glory. The problem is we went to our pastor and talked to him about everything that has happened, and he says the dreams are too many beans, and he doesn't believe we would be prophesied over unless it was in our church. He said he would be praying about it, and that is the last we have ever heard about it. I would like some advice on what people think. We do not believe in going against the man of God. Why does my friend guy like to hurt me?

To fix my roof can i just put new plywood ontop of the old?

i am trying to fix a very old plywood flat roof and i dont have a ton of money or tools. not to mention that even though the wood was cut the right way we did have to then cut it down so it would fit in my car. now when i put it back together the edges have no support beams. so i was wondering if it will really make a difference if i just put the new wood over the old and use it as more of a reinforcement? there is one area that all the plywood corners are weak so if i just put the new stuff over all 4 corners it is strong enough to hold my weight. please tell me if this ok...i dont care what it looks like as long as it is strong! i will be putting the grace sticky water and ice shield over it and then asphalt rolled roofing, and doing the patches where the connections are. is there really anything wrong with doing this?

What can I do about dissent and partisans in Darkest Hour?

I'm playing Darkest Hour (a hearts of iron 2 game) on patch 1.01, I'm playing as Germany and it is 1945. I've conquered most of Europe including USSR and France, and I'm fighting Britain right now. My National Dissent is under 2% but about twice a month a batch of 3 or 4 provinces will revolt and partisans will start grabbing up my land. It's a huge TC and resource drain to have half of my main army tered across Europe waiting for partisans to inevitably show up. I thought maybe 'Liberating' conquered lands would make them happy but this makes my dissent shoot up several percentage points. If I liberate all the nations I conquered my dissent will be north of 80% and then I'll have more like 3 or 4 revolts every 2 days. Any ways to deal with this, besides stationing a unit on every province?

Long story. I don't usually post questions about my own personal life via the internet, but I so desperately need help to fix my life just for the sake of my own health. I am a 15 year old teenage girl and I am wary of hormones, puberty and other changes going haphazard in my life. However, I do not think that going through long-term depression is "normal" for a teenager. Everyday, I feel depressed and severely unhappy. I have "friends" at school that are more of my acquaintances actually, my genuine friends are never at my school which is one of the reasons why I'm unhappy. Other reasons are that people usually tell me to cheer up and smile, but what the hell do those ignorant oafs know? I fear of socializing with other people because most of the time I make a fool of myself and they point out my flaws. Also, I feel like I'm trapped in my idealism. Most of the time I have a tendency to fill my head with false ambition about my so-called "future" and daydreaming of being happy. I daydream of being liberated from this perpetual sadness I'm going through. Least but not least, my "parents" don't act like parents. Bingeing, on healthy food, but still bingeing?

I have lost 21 pounds in 7 weeks through good old fashioned diet and exercise, and cutting booze out of my diet.Every once in a while, like today, I have a day where all of a sudden I'm just excessively hungry, and I binge on stuff like Yoplait yogurt, or cereal. This is good, healthy stuff, don't get me wrong. It's 100 calories, 0 from fat for each yogurt, and the cereal is Kashi. I get cravings for things like chocolate, cheesecake, pies, anything sweet and creamy and this is when I turn to yogurts. They have flavors like raspberry cheesecake and strawberry chocolate and french vanilla coconut. I quite literally had 7 yogurts today, 1 when I woke up, 3 in one sitting earlier, and 3 in another just now at 10 at night. I've never even seen somebody sit and enjoy a yogurt as much as I do. I literally savor each bite and sc it out with my finger, my cravings for something sweet are that strong and I love it that much. Does anybody else have this problem, bingeing on sweet, but healthy foods, and how do you control it? Also, does anyone know if this could have something to do with lack of alcohol? I used to be a moderate to heavy drinker..and I used to be neutral to any and all sweet things..cakes and candies and ice cream were never part of my diet. I never went out of my way to eat them. Now I crave them on an almost daily basis, and I wanted to know if maybe it's because I used to drink so much wine and there is sugar in that and now my body is lacking it? I binge on yogurts and cereals because I don't buy cake and ice cream or any junk food for that matter. I bet I would eat 3 pieces of cake instead if I had that. Help with self-harm issues?

I used to self-harm, but it was just with my finger nails and I would dig them in really deep and scratch my skin. My mom eventually took me to the doctor & he knows about it. Starting Legion Ball tonight, nervous, Christians please help?

Ok. I'm Starting a 16-19 year old Legion Baseball team tonight, which is extrememly competetive. Whats worse, is that i got cut from spring ball this year as a junior for the second straight year. about three weeks ago i stepped on a broken beer bottle & cut myself on the bottom of my foot. Please dont say dont do it, cuz its either cutting or suicide. Ive tried many other things like slapping a rubber band on my wrist, and writing down my thoughts and ripping it up. (neither worked). There have been a few incidents with him which i think proves my point. He pretends to be caring and for my own good. But i have also noticed that he can be very jealous if he sees me talking to or texting other guys. He has said to me he has feelings for me and he wants more to happen between us. But i dont feel the same way about him. And i dont think i have lead him on in any way. I was out for a few drinks with my him recently and a few of his lad friends. There was one guy i had never met before as he was his college friend from outside town. We got talking and we seemed to get along quite well in my opinion. I then got a text message from my friend from who was sitting across the table from us saying 'if you get with my friend im not gonna talk to you anymore' he's 26 years old by the way and behaving like a child. I thought it was a pretty childish thing to do. When ever i get talking to his guy friends he gets so jealous and accuses me of ignoring and not being a proper friend to him. And just a few days ago i told him i am back texting an ex boyfriend he is someone i still have a lot of feelings for. He messaged me on facebook accusing me of being caught in a stupid rut and that i should listen to him and not text that particular guy anymore. He then accused me (after hearing about me texting my ex) of being ignorant with his friends and all his friends said the same thing to him about me. I feel like i cant win with him. If i chat to his friends he accuses me of ignoring him and not being a good friend to him and he also accuses me of trying to 'get off' with them. He told me his friends don't like me. Why would i bother talking to them if that is the case? Im thinking of just cutting all ties with him. I told him not to bother texting me again because i am still angry with him. I haven't heard from him in a few days now. I think he has influenced other guys and turned them away from me. One guy i kissed a few time no longer talks to me anymore and removed me from his facebook page for no reason. He has a background in psychology so im sure he has a few dangerous skills in manipulating me and others. He told me he can make people like or dislike each other with a statement to them about the other person.

I noticed when I started shaving often I would get shaving bumps, then I cut back on shaving, soon after I stopped and started using Nair. and I don't have the money to consider waxing every month. I've tried fading creams, cocoa er, and Shea er all with Vitamin E in them I STILL get scars no matter what I try. I try my solutions no less than a month apart that way it isn't so much stress on my skin that would make it worst what else can I possibly do? Help because it's summer time!!

HELP, MY CENTRAL AIR CONDITION UNIT PIPES KEEP FREEZING UP.?

My central air condition unit keeps freezing up. Today I checked the capacitor and it was not swollen and look the same as the day the tech put it in 2 years ago. But, the bottom of the unit was filled with a medium size planter amount of dirt and debris. I removed the cover and moved over the fan and got it all out. Then, I removed the cover from the inside unit and it was frozen too. so since I turned off the main power from the breaker box and the power directly connected to the unit, I melt the ice. I used my portable vac to blow the fan which was really dirty and blew all the around the inside too but it was that dirty anywhere else visible to the eye. Thereafter, I noticed that the plastic drain outside had a piece on it that was turned up that seemed to always hold the water in. I called my friends to see in which direction theirs were pointing and they told me down. Since mine was glued or calked on, I cut it off (i have an ACE Hardware store and a Lowes not to far from me so if I need another, I'll run and get one). Thereafter, I opened the vent holding the filter and used my Kirby to suck up all the dirt and debris that was found in there. It was a lot. I placed a new filter in there and shut it down for 9 1/2 hours then I turned both power sources back on and turned on the unit. MY QUESTION IS, will doing all of these things keep my unit from freezing up? Right now its working fine and the temperature is dropping pretty quickly. Please advise. Also, how can I test for leaks before I have a tech come out and add freon? My friends mentioned some dye test but I haven't a clue what it is or where to buy it. Is it attainable or only for licensed techs? Thank you in advance for your advice and swift reply.

Why would a guy stop messaging me on and off?

My friend and I send each other facebook messages in spurts. He and I would write each other back and forth, usually taking under a day or two to get back to each other. But sometimes, I will send a message back to him, and he'll just stop replying. It's like walking away in the middle of a conversation. Then weeks later, he will start talking to me again. I really don't understand what this behaviour means. It's different if a conversation isn't going anywhere and they're's not much more to say, but we will be in the middle of asking and answering each others' questions and he'll stop just like that. We aren't talking about anything sensitive or serious. It's very weird and feels unnatural to cut off communication in the middle of things. We were in a previous relationship, and he started talking to me earlier this year after no communication for over six months. I do not know if he still has feelings for me. I've never had (or rarely heard of) communication issues similar to this. What do you think?

My cousin keeps dolls with blood, hair, etc, in them is this a religious thing?

I have a 13 year old cousin and he told me about this weird thing he does. He gets dolls like Barbie, Ken, GI Joe, etc, usually from thrift shops and yards sales but sometimes new ones. He alters their appearance to look like his school friends like he changes hair and outfits and stuff. Then he gets bodily "stuff" from these people like collects their hair, skin flakes and some he gets to give him blood I don't know how. Difficult to gain and maintain an without physical stimulation?

Well Im 15 years old, I find it difficult to obtain an but once i have it its as strong as ever. But it goes away within 20 to 25 seconds if i stop stimulating it. I can keep an up through just fine. But i need physical stimulation to obtain an erection and even then it takes kind of alot, why is this? I do smoke but i ve recently cut down to 2 or 3 a day and im starting to run everyday.
