El chicharito really THE guy?

everyone said that jovani dos santos and carlos vela would be the ones that would take mexico to a whole different lvl of playing since they won the sub 17 world cup. everyone had high hopes they would finally bring mexico the recognition they deserved. Now they say the same as chicharito, so is this guy THE guy that will bring mexico its glory?
