I hate living with my mom and brothers. read my story & tell me if i'm in the wrong?

I'm the youngest by the way. My mom constantly nags me about everything, such as always being in my room, not talking to anyone in the house and always having some place to go but never telling her in advance when i need to go. First of all, I'm 17 and i don't have a car because she won't help me get one. And not telling her ahead is 4 days or less. I have $2500 saved up by the way although I don't have a job and my brothers didn't have any money to buy their cars but they had jobs (they spent their money on crap like clothes and shoes) and she paid fully for thie cars without their help which cost about 3500 each. They are 20 and 22 by the way and she still pays for their health insurance, car insurance, gas money you name it she pays for it. The oldest graduated and has a job by his university that pays for his apartment, gas money (she gives him extra), and the other one she paid for part of his tuition and since he goes to tech school he lives with us and eats up everything and dirties the house. Well the oldest brother is home for the summer so they're all here mad at me because i need a ride. I'm not getting a ride to the mall or anything but to get my hair cut, National Honor society meetings, student council meetings and college programs just to name a few. I just need a third party's opinion. Who is right in this situation me or them and what can be done to fix the situation because I am not happy at all! And all they do is talk about me and my mom yells at me for everything. I'm still in high school by the way and school still hasn't let out for me yet but she gets mad because i don't clean the house even though they're here and I am studying for exams.
