My Toe Hurts (Pinky Toe)- Left Foot?

After Wrestling. My toe began to hurt as I stepped on it. At first it became pink; several hours later, it became dark purple along the left side, and a purple dot grew on the right (Inside). The purple on the left moves from the side of my toe, up to the top where it is cut off by a small black/purple line. The skin surrounding the toe is pink.
