How Can I Cover Up Bad Short Haircut? (Im a guy)?

Ok... So... Im 16, and ive always had like medium length skater style haircut, and I just went in for a haircut... and i told her very specifically that I didn't want it short... and told her what I usually get, but she like cut all of my damn hair off and it looks terrible and is really short. its almost like a marines haircut... but worse. what do i do?????
